Hello. This is Tashfial Sami from Dhaka. My big problem is that, I am short tempered man. I feel that, every time I do angry for small problems/mistake. For that reason, my personnel life is disturbing. Please help to suggest about this problem. Thank you. -health conditions

Try to be calm, be patient, never act instantly, judge the situation. Think positive, think again before you act, do you really need to be angry? Anger doesn't solve anything.
