The aging process or an illness can make it difficult for seniors to perform certain basic activities and continue to live independently. Many find that they need help with some tasks and not others. The number of ADLs they need assistance with often changes over time. Salus Homecare develops an individualized care plan for each patient that offers this personal level of support in daily life. Our goal is to help when you need it and encourage independence when you don’t. When a senior’s goal is to remain at home and avoid assisted living, nursing homes or other care facilities, our care plan can help them to accomplish this.

Priyojon respects the daily life schedules and routines of the seniors we serve. Our long term care services scheduling is very flexible to fit in with the patients routines. We are available hourly or around the clock to assist with basic tasks at home. Our caregivers assist during the workday, in the evenings and on weekends and holidays. This means family caregivers know their loved ones are always supported in continuing to live independently.
